What is Dolibarr?

What am I committing to, and for how long?
The subscription is annual and automatically renews.
If you wish to pay in monthly installments, please let us know via email or in the order form.
How do I change my plan?
You can upgrade your hosting plan at any time by emailing us at support@doliway.fr.
If you find yourself reaching your quota limit, we suggest switching to a different plan. The price will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the time remaining on your initial plan.
Are there any limits to the Doliway offers?
The only limitation of DoliWay plans is the amount of disk space allocated to you.
You can create as many users, invoices, quotes, customer/supplier records, products/services, and inventory items as you need, and access them whenever you wish.
Where can I find tutorials to get started with Dolibarr?
We offer training courses that are not included in the hosting fee.

How do I transfer data from old software?
We offer a service to transfer your data in Excel format into your Dolibarr system.
For other software, please contact us to check feasibility and obtain a quote.
Where can I find information on the Chart of Accounts?
We suggest visiting the website www.l-expert-comptable.com to determine the accounting codes that meet your needs.
If I cancel my subscription, what happens to my data?
Dolibarr allows you to export your data.
However, you can ask us to create a complete archive of your Dolibarr instance (files and database).
We then remove your space from our hosting environment, and your data is permanently deleted.
Do I already use Dolibarr?
Please contact us so we can assist you with transferring your data to the DoliWay service.
Is Dolibarr compliant with the anti-VAT fraud law?
Yes, Dolibarr meets the requirements of the anti-VAT fraud law as well as the conditions regarding data immutability.
Is my data protected?
The servers used are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, which guarantees their protection.
Once your workspace has been set up and the administrator account password changed, only members of your organization will be able to access your data.
Is it possible to back up my data to another location?
You can export your data at any time and save it to a location of your choice.
Can Dolibarr add-on modules be installed?
All modules available on the DoliStore marketplace can be installed on your DoliWay instance.
